The Sheriff The University of Nottingham comes forward with interesting statements about people older than 50. Since this is my cohort, too, naturally I was keen to learn more. In her article “Older workers are the healthy ‘survivors’ of the workplace”, Lindsay Brooke writes about research conducted by Amanda Griffiths, Professor of Occupational Health Psychology:
Experts at The University of Nottingham say our stress levels at work peak when we reach about 50 to 55 years of age and decrease as we head towards retirement.
Well. I’m looking forward to the decrease of stress levels in about three years’ time ;-)
Thank you, Jochen Mai, for alerting me to this via your blog Karrierebibel.
