Good news for all tea-o-phytes … or tea-lovers … or cuppanatics? – Whatever, the Telegraph reports that not only is Guinness good for you, but tea is, too (or even more so).
Have a look at this heart-warming report:
Drinking tea can reduce heart attack risk.
Which reminds me, I just got the brandnew volume 6 of Green Line New (Bayern), and one of the first photographs shows a young participant of a protest march, carrying a sign which says, “Make tea, not war”.
I like that.
… but drinking coffee as well:
“Coffee, the much maligned but undoubtedly beloved beverage, just made headlines for possibly cutting the risk of the latest disease epidemic, type 2 diabetes. And the real news seems to be that the more you drink, the better.”

I love tea – then being English I suppose I would!
I take it black with no sugar. I love the bitter refreshing quality, and find the drink very restorative. Guess what I do as soon as I arrive at work?
Enjoy your tea black – it is good for you!
Cheers,
William
